ISDL — International School of Disruptive Leadership

Teaching as shared inquiry.

Our contributors are practitioners and scholars who model the critical, reflective practice we teach.

Announcements

Contributors will be announced here.

We publish faculty, guest contributor and advisor profiles only once each person has confirmed their participation and approved their biography. We do not use generated portraits or imply that anyone is involved before they have agreed.

Our pedagogical approach

How teaching works at ISDL.

  • Concepts are taught alongside competing perspectives, so learners can weigh evidence rather than adopt a doctrine.
  • Every unit connects theory to an applied task in the learner's own context.
  • Cases are drawn from different regions and sectors, with attention to context and limitations.
  • Feedback is rubric-based and focused on reasoning, not writing polish.
  • All curriculum content is reviewed and approved by an academic editor before release.
