Terms of use
The rules for using the ISDL website, applicant dashboard and learner portal.
This policy is a working draft prepared for the ISDL pilot. It describes how the platform actually works and will be finalised after legal review, including confirmation of the school's legal entity and data controller.
Using the platform
You may use the ISDL website and platform to learn about the school, apply, and — if admitted — study. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and not share your account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the platform, upload malicious files, scrape content, or use Tutor Assist to generate work you present as your own. We may suspend accounts that put others or the platform at risk.
Course materials
Learning materials are provided for your personal learning while enrolled. Do not redistribute them without permission. Your own submitted work remains yours; you grant ISDL a licence to store and assess it.
No guarantees
Admission, scholarships, and certificates depend on the published criteria and policies. Selecting a scholarship category does not create an entitlement. The ISDL certificate is a certificate of completion and not an academic degree or accredited qualification.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If an AI feature is unavailable, the rest of the platform continues to work.
