Accessibility statement
Our commitment to accessible learning and how to request support.
Our commitment
ISDL aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across public pages, the application form, the learner portal and administration console.
What we provide
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators throughout
- Captions and full transcripts for all lessons; key visual information described in text
- Forms with programmatic labels, clear error summaries and save-and-return
- Status, results and requirements never conveyed by colour alone
- Reduced-motion support and resizable text
- Quizzes that do not rely on drag-and-drop or timing unless pedagogically justified
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as externally hosted videos, may not fully meet our standards. Tell us if you encounter a barrier and we will provide an alternative.
Requesting accommodations
You can describe what would help in the application or contact us at any time. You do not need to share a diagnosis. Accommodation requests are confidential and do not affect assessment.
